Terms and Conditions

All quotes and artwork must be approved and at least 50% of the total balance must be paid before production can begin. Remainder of balance is due at pickup or before. No orders will be delivered without receipt of payment in full. Payment methods are cash, check, money order, or debit/credit card. Please note if paying with a debit/credit card, a 3.6% card processing fee will be applied. If paying by cash, check, money order, you do not need to pay the 3.6% fee. There is a $30 returned check fee. If you are exempt from state sales tax, we must have a copy of the Tax Exempt Form with the corresponding business/organization name that matches the order. Orders are typically ready in 7-10 business days. Peak times and excessively large orders may vary production times. Please review all details including spelling, grammar, placement and colors. TWC General Diversity is not responsible for any errors once art is approved by the customer. Colors may vary slightly from the proof due to monitor resolution differences. All imprint dimensions & locations are approximate. Artwork created by TWC General Diversity is the sole property of TWC General Diversity unless otherwise agreed in writing. Due to the rising costs of supplies & intermittent product shortages, there will be a slight increase on printing costs effective September 1, 2022. We understand the inconvenience this may cause to our existing relationships. Please contact us directly if further communication is needed.

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may either return your order for a full refund or exchange it. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition in which they were received. Some customized products may not be eligible for refund. Please contact us to request your refund.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday. The shipping provider information and tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and will be provided when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us with your inquiries at the information listed on our website.
